RE as a Driver of ASPICE Process Improvement

Maturity models such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) often lead to processes that do not really fit into the processes and culture of an organization. It is better to establish process improvement organically from within the organization, especially in requirements engineering (RE). With the right RE solution elements, higher maturity levels can be attained relatively easily.

The webinar shows how product and development organizations can systematically establish and improve practices of their system and software development. The focus is on RE, which provides an important foundation for many other processes. A special role is played by the interaction of methodical procedures with a well-integrated tool infrastructure that guides, supports and facilitates the work processes of all participants.

Participants will learn method/tool patterns for RE through which they can efficiently and sustainably achieve process improvement and higher maturity levels.
